About the Suite
Of our three suites, the Royal is the one we hand to guests who tell us they want to wake without rushing. Its east-facing windows pull in the morning slowly. Tea arrives quietly at the door. The day, by the time you greet it, is already prepared for you.
The interiors were redrawn in 2015 — restored teak panels from the original estate, brushed brass hardware made in Moradabad, hand-loomed Punjab cotton on every surface that touches the skin. Nothing is showy. Everything is considered.
The view from the Royal at six in the morning is reason enough for the trip. The breakfast that follows it is a generous afterthought.
